In the last decade of Marv’s life, his thoughts turned more and more to his time and experiences as a Corsair pilot aboard the aircraft carrier USS Bennington at the end of WWII. Some of his reminiscences and excerpts from his squadron book and other publications are contained in this self-made compendium.
